A book for all leaders
Five Frequencies is a meaningful and applicable read for anyone looking to develop a more powerful leadership toolkit. This book uses multiple case studies and stories of leaders, from a wide range of fields, to demonstrate how leaders can shape their organizational culture through positive and negative signals. It is beautifully organized for use in leadership training with groups as well as for individual leadership development. I would highly recommend Five Frequencies for any leader or organization looking to make a positive impact within their culture.

Shows the power that culture has to determine outcomes in business and life.
I run a small remodeling business with a partner. I definitely read many examples that described our culture in the “what NOT to do” category. The book breaks down the complexities and challenges business owners face into 5 categories…. the “Five Frequencies.” I found the book quite packed with great advice… some original… some drawn from the greatest hits of famous business advisors… Definitely some good stuff in there that I will adapt to my company.

A “must read” for all organization’s Leaders and Communicators!
Great advice from the people that I have considered my thought partners over the last 16 years. If you care about your organizations culture this is a “must read”. Have already bought several copies to share with colleagues because as usual, they have their fingers on the pulse of what makes an organization successful.

Practical advice for leaders
Excellent examples for leaders, providing practical advice in an easy to understand format to build teamwork. Was delighted to see I was on the right track, but could have handled situations better as a former leader.
