I picked up a Bissell at a yard sale for 10 bucks! It was missing the clean tank but the unit didn't look like it had ever been used. I got the tank, perfect fit. Holds water and solution fine, I use Simply Green. It pops on and off with no issue. Easy to fill and use! Great value because I got a new carpet cleaner for under 50$!

We love our Boswell carpet cleaner and have used it for a long time. We have also lent it out to family and friends from time to time always recommending the Biasell cleaning products. One of our friends tried to add something to the cleaner and it cracked the tank. We were so relieved that we could easily order a replacement that was a great value and worked perfectly. This product fit my Bissell carpet cleaner perfectly! You do have to pay attention to the cap color. The red will not fit the yellow, and the yellow will not fit the clean tank that requires a red top. Otherwise works amazing!

fits, does the job, but the cap comes apart in two pieces unlike the original, which is a bit annoying

I needed a replacement tank but not the cap. In that case this will still work with the other machine pictured that it says it does not. You just need to keep the old cap and not use the one provided.
