Envío oportuno, los efectos se verán en el tiempo, deberían colocar los posibles efectos secundarios; en mi caso, me produce picor y enrojecimiento en la piel al, me recomendaron que no lo tome antes de los alimentos, como se indica en el frasco, y tampoco en ayunas

I’ve been using these for several years to take them every day. I really like him.

Worth taking this supplement
I have been taking these vitamins for a few months now. They seem to be keeping my vision staying the same. I went in for my yearly eye appointment and there was no change, even though I have a medical condition that can effect my vision. I'm hoping at my next appointment that maybe there might even be some improvement. I would definitely recommend this supplement.
