very nice tray and good value

Decent quality tray , design is good , decent for gifting ! Nice packaging , although the coasters could have been of better quality as these are cardboard material and is not much useful though , can be used for covering dry items to avoid dampening .

I received a defective product and returned it. The product itself seems very flimsy. When I tap the tray, it sounds like cardboard and not at all like wood. The tray feels delicate, unlike wooden trays that are tough. That's why I returned it for a refund and didn't go for a replacement. The design is beautiful but I highly doubt if the tray can last. The paper/covering also doesn't look water-resistant. For something that feels so flimsy, I feel it is overpriced.

It was a great try till it lasted. The sides of the tray have begun to get detached. Water was never used in the trays. So not sure what went wrong
