Helps me sleep

used for a week straight...it did absolutely nothing for me, nor did I feel any different sleeping on it. 1/12/24 UPDATE: seller contacted me within 2 days of original review: although this did not work for me, they were willing to give me credit back, so props to them for being on top of contacting me immediately and making it right!! 1/17/2024 STILL WAITING ON CREDIT WHICH THEY SAID WOULD BE ISSUED IN 24 HOURS (BACK ON 1/12)

Ordered this item for my husband who suffers from restless leg and insomnia but it was way to small for a regular size bed, honestly it wouldn't even fit on a cot !! Very small. Sent item back and was refunded. Thanks

I ordered the COUSLEWI Grounding Sheet because I have several grounding mats that I love and wanted to try one that was more like a sheet. The sheet is a nice size at 27.52. We have a king sized bed and I can put it horizontally across the top so our hands rest on it as we sleep or at the bottom so our feet do. The same method would work for queen and full beds but twins could probably just go lengthwise. It is made of 5% Coductivity Silver Fibre & 95% Cotton and therefore is a lot nicer to touch than the leathery mats I've been using. It didn't come with a grounding tester but I have several and it does respond as grounding if I touch it right on the silver lines. So, not as reactive as a mat. It also doesn't stay put at all because it is lighter than a mat. I would not buy this again and would recommend the mats over this because the whole thing shows as a strong grounding.

So small no way to keep in place

Made no difference plugged in or not. Would have had the same effect sleeping with a dish towel (about the same size too). Disappointed.

I can't speak to the affects of sleeping with it quite yet, but I will address the quality of the product itself. I was going to give it a lower rating, but after thinking about it, I believe that it deserves at least 4 star simply because the product description/title clearly states most of what I have issues with. Granted, the biggest issue I have is the size of it and the image is a bit misleading there. It's very small. It also describes that it's 5% conductive and 95% cotton, so again up front, but seems to not be ideal. Along with being too small, my biggest complaint for it is that it does not stay in place on the bed. Maybe if someone didn't move at all throughout the whole night it wouldn't be a problem (but who even does that??). I don't really want to pin it down to the bed, so I don't even know if I'm making contact with it enough throughout the night to even get the benefits. Anyway, I wanted to be objective with my review despite my grievances and give credit where it is due. I am probably going to keep it on my bed just to see if I notice any improvements to my sleep, but I would like it a lot better if it was more like a fitted sheet that stayed put and actually covered the bed.

I was surprised by the size of these sheets as they are small. They are also thinner than most sheets. I liked that they included information about grounding and how it works. I am new to the grounding products and found the information very helpful. All you need to do is plug these sheets in to the round part of the outlet and they are ready to use. When you need to wash the sheet the cord easily detaches for washing. I haven’t seen in benefits yet however I haven’t used them very long.
