GF Pasta the way it should be!
This is, hands down, the best GF pasta on the market, at least from my persepective. It's a sizable investment (for pasta), but if you're serious about tasty GF pasta - this product is for you! I am extremely impressed with the quality, texture and taste of this product. So, if you're not GF by choice, and wish to enjoy pasta with your gluten-free lifestyle, look no further for an exceptional GF pasta - this is it!

Coming from Italy and having celiac it is awesome to find high quality products like this one available in the States too! A bit pricey but for good food is worth it!

Gluten Free of high quality
This pasta was not inexpensive, but the quantity is higher than the picture implies, and the quality excellent.

Not good
It is better than some GF pastas, but it is still not good. It has a gummy taste and easily becomes mush. It does not hold its shape. Very disappointed for the price. I wouldn’t pay more for this than cheaper brands like Barilla GF.

How to cook pasta
This is the best pasta wether is regular or gluten free . It took 12 minutes to cook which is unheard of for gluten free ! The person that said this pasta breaks and it’s like glue , he or she is a bad cook !! You need Amit water when you cook pasta !
