I had previously purchased two 25W panels from Newpowa and I was impressed by their quality which is why I chose Newpowa panels for my larger project.I received the panels but discovered that one of them was damaged and requested a replacement. Newpowa promptly offered either a refund or a replacement panel. They shipped the replacement via Fedex and I received it in 3 days I installed the 10 panels in two 5 panel arrays on the roof and they are producing 1000-1300 watts consistently.
