A trusted product. This flour is gluten-free and I wanted it to use to line the bowl I prove my sourdough in. Because of the lack of gluten, it prevents the dough from sticking to the proving vessel. It's just what I need for the job. I find all Doves Farm products to be of very high quality.

DOVES RICE FLOUR
I ordered 2 bags of this Rice flour and I am a repeat customer, so I know the product is good. I use this flour to bake doggie biscuits for friends pet dog/cats. they love it and its a health product which will not upset their tummy. It cost a little more but its worth it. Fast delivery, arrived boxed, which was handy. I highly recommend this flour, but always check the flour is gluten free if you buy cheaper from elsewhere, I noticed other companies selling flour online saying its gluten free but it IS NOT thats probably why its cheaper! Read all the details, before you buy, but you can TRUST this seller they are reliable. Highly recommend.

Good quality flour for sourdough banneton basket
I ordered this to flour my banneton basket when making sourdough bread. I ordered two bags and they arrived in good condition. Looking forward to using it on my next sourdough bread baking session.

Far cheaper than supermarkets
Supermarkets only stock the small 500g bags of rice flour and its far too expensive if you want to do lots of gluten free baking. Buying these 5 x 1kg bags at this price is far better value.
