Very good quality
After looking around it was a little pricey but it is very good quality. It comes in a heavy duty paper bag so make sure your home to retrieve it if there is a possibility of rain/snow ect. It taste fantastic so fresh and I milled mine very fine and I got some amazing soft fluffy breads from it without mixing in any ap flour like I've had to do in the past.

EXCELLENT AND CLEAN Just lovely!
Although FedEx delivered the wheat next door to the wrong address, I did get it on the day it was supposed to get here. My neighbor had it. I went next door and received my delivery on time. Not the vendors fault! With that said, this grain is the CLEANEST grain I have ever used. It's simply speaking LOVELY!!! It came dry and the expiration date wasn't till 2027 on the bag. I haven't milled it yet, or baked with it, I will let ya'll know after I do. But, the grain itself looks wonderful!

The best white spring wheat available for making bread, especially 100% whole wheat bread
While harvests may have a lot of variations between years as to protein, and other key characteristics, this wheat is the best white spring wheat for bread that I have used. I have used these "Prairie Gold" (Golden 86) berries for over 25-years making literally "tons" of bread. This makes an especially good if you want to make100% whole wheat sandwich bread, has plenty of gluten and a light bran. Excellent wheat berries. I also use this as a component flour (after grinding the berries) in sourdough when I want more gluten than in normal all-purpose or "bread flour".

#50 Hard White Wheat Berries.
My order arrived a day early. The #50 bag was boxed up and really well taped. Nice! No loose wheat berries! I bought Hard White. Very clean, smells good. I am a happy baker. Thank you.

Good product
Very good product. Was a little disappointed with product opening during shipping. But you do say that it could. I've made some bread, biscuits, and cheese it crackers. All turned out very tasty.

Recommended for how well it works & no glyphosate
Works well for me baking bread. I like the flavor of white wheat. I also very much like no weird chemicals like glyphosate

Can't wait to try it
Looking forward to learning to bake with this kind of flour! I'm just starting out learning how to bake with fresh milled flour and this was the most affordable option for good quality grains. I didn't realize until after purchasing it that it is supposed to be an heirloom variety known for really great, soft bread.
