Does this have any kind of smell to it? i can't handle pill smells.

No smell. Very gentle on stomach and highest quality to prevent anemia. I only have to take half a tab daily and I have anemia. This brand is highly recommended by my physician. I will never switch from this brand.

106 mg of elemental iron will be absorbed by "most" bodies. For similar products 65mg of elemental iron will be absorbed for same dosage pill.
