Well I’m not falling over from being anemic anymore so I’d say it works. Definitely take with food and water because it tastes like a penny, but for a couple bucks it’s a quality low cost option to add to your health routine.

they are iron pills. they are small and have no taste. they are easy to swallow and i hope, a lot, will increase my iron count, without giving me constipation. so far, so good.

Great Price for this Iron Supplement. I need this as I have very low red cell count and high white cell count. Every six months my blood results are terrible but i keep taking iron as it does helps. Easy to take very small pill for those struggling by taking big pills this are no issues to take.overall it works and will order again once i ran out of seamoss.

Obviously consult your doctor before taking iron if it's what you need, mine was just unavailable and I searched up what could be worsening my restless arms syndrome and it suggested an iron deficiency so I decided to get these. They're easy to take small pills, a decent dosage, definitely check your iron levels and if you're anemic but I'm on so many meds I decided adding a supplement that could help would be beneficial. There you go. Don't take what I say as medical advice please.
