To find your correct size, simply measure your knee circumference, 4 Inches above your Kneecap.

XS: 11.8"-14.5" (30-37cm)

S: 12.59"-16.1" (32-40cm)

M: 16.1"-18.1" (41-46cm)

L: 18.1"-20.4" (46-51cm)

XL: 20.4"-22.8" (51-59cm)

2XL: 23.3"-26" (59-68cm)

3XL: 26.3"-27.5" (68-74cm)

Keep in mind that our sizes are based on average compression pressure, but each sleeve can expand up to 60% more than the original diameter listed.

**Q: please indicate actually materials used in the knee sleeve**
A: Material quality is very good.  Easy to put on, very stretchy, but it maintains a firm grip throughout the day and doesn't bunch up.

**Q: I measure a solid 17" at 4" above knee.  would a medium be too tight? want them to be snug (no falling down) but not cut circulation. maybe a large?**
A: I'd go with a large.  I’m 5'8“ and I bought larges from this company and another one, too.  They are snug and I cannot imagine them falling down.  Sorry I don’t have a tape measure where I’m at now, but I believe I was around 17”, too.  I probably have a dozen knee braces from decades of use, running and biking.  But, I’ve only had these knee sleeves for a couple of years and they work better than any of my braces.   LOVE them.  Good luck.
