Works great! I've used all of the attachments several times in the gym and they've held up amazing.

Good set if youre just starting the gym like me. Really useful. the barbell pad is a little flimsy, but you get what you pay for. though it does protect and cushion your body when doing various workouts. i got it in black and the color doesnt transfer nor peel so i like that. very easy to clean.

I have been using the ankle strap a lot, they're really comfortable and have a great grip, I have lifted up to 180lbs and they don't give up on me. The pad however, it's hard to make it stay in position when I'm trying to do hip trust but other than that it's really comfortable as well.

This pad set is a game changer for my workouts. It provides great support and comfort, especially during exercises like squats, hip thrusts, and weightlifting.
