The truth is this is a great chandelier! It's well built and all the hardware and instructions are included.TO ASSEMBLE:To attach the chandelier arms simply UNSCREW the top screw above the circle support piece and pull the top off. Inside are the washers and nuts to secure the chandelier arms. Slip a chandelier arm in, making sure the cloth wire cover isn't kinked, then screw the washer and nut onto the arm's screw end and tighten. (I included photos with this review)Once the arms are in place you can go ahead and follow the included instruction for installation since it's a hardwired chandelier that needs to be mounted to a ceiling receptacle.I work in a vintage hardware store and have put together many chandeliers. This one is of the same caliber ~ it's well made and looks great. I wish other buyers had taken the time to investigate this piece further as it doesn't deserve the low rating. I'm very happy and absolutely recommend.

Absolutely terrible. There is no possible way to attach the arms to the circle. Literally the worst thing I have ever purchased from Amazon. Complete junk

This chandelier was difficult to assemble. I did not complete the assembly. The instructions were not helpful and the parts did not fit well together. The chandelier looks like it's made of metal, but it is made of plastic.

This is a nice looking chandelier, although it can be very difficult to set it up. This might turn some people away as there are several steps. However, read other reviews. This light looks great in a dining room, and the length is easy to change too, if it hangs too low. The black color makes it look more modern, while still looking classy.

This is a hard NO for me. Opened the box to find thin arms, screw holes that weren't drilled to fit, cheaply made and looks extremely cheap. This ended up in the garbage.
