would these be good to use for an indoor wedding with 160 people?

Hello, I think they would work for that. I am used them for an outdoor event with about 125 people and you could hear it just fine so I think indoor would work even better. Just my opinion though.

How can I get replacement fuse for the system, it takes a very specific fuse, and can't seem to find the right one. Can anyone help me?

how to connect to television?

I use it with my laptop via Bluetooth, but it has an rca connection that works just fine too. Provided your tv has an audio out.
