Inexpensive and they help.
Inexpensive and regular use seems to help my hand which gets a bit too much use in the garden. There's a booklet that shows/explains 5 exercises to try and of course there are very soft thru extra firm to advance as you improve.

It is important to use them several times a day.
These balls have been great. I recently fell and broke an arm. They have been great with getting my strength back in this arm . I also use them in my good arm just to keep my muscles moving.

My walking companion!
I have used these stress ball things for years because my hands swell when I go for walks. I keep one by my treadmill, another by the front door, and another in purse. Yes, I'm THAT obsessed with them. They give my hands something to do while I walk and do help with the swelling as well. I've given a few away to friends so I purchased these recently to keep up my 'stash.' Yes, I love them that much. And also, they are quite inexpensive. My older ones are at least 5 years old so they do last if you don't lose them! Highly recommended for people who have hand swelling while walking. I suppose they would be great for stress, but I don't use them that way.

They were good, but when you drop it some stuff gets on it. They feel the same just different colors. They're good in school when you squish them when you're a candle hurts from the pencil. You can just squish it and it's a good fidget. the bag is very sensitive when I opened it the bag ripped and broke.

Fácil de usar. Me caben en la cartera, bolsillo. Puedo llevarlos en cualquier momento. Me han ayudado bastante con la recuperación de la fuerza de mi mano. Son suaves, y con textura.

Great price & size but surface texture is weird
They are the perfect size for a smaller hand, and the price was great. But the texture is a little sticky/slimy and that is not so pleasant. Got these for my elderly mom who can't grip the larger hand strengthening devices.
