RubiesMen's The Judge Adult Costume

I used them for a mock trial in my classroom.

I was really ticked off (to be nice) when I received this product. I thought I really researched this ad as I was convinced that the wig and gavel came with the robe. The ad should state "Wig and gavel sold separately". I would not have been so mad had I not paid premium for a quick delivery so I would have a costume to wear to our company Halloween party. After receiving just the gown only, it was too late for me to order the wig and I was unfortunately not able to attend. Very disappointing! I would have gladly purchased the wig had I known it was not included. So "Buyer Beware" - this is just a gown only - Wig and Gavel is sold separately".As far as the gown is concerned, it seemed durable for the occasion and am satisfied with the product, but not they way the product was sold.

I bought this to wear as the officiant in a wedding ceremony. It does the job of covering my dress and looking official. The zipper only goes half way down so my drees shows but I guess it's not too terrible. I would havei liked the gown to be closed all the way down though. Not bad for the price.

It fits my 6' tall husband well and the price is right. It would be nice if it zipped all the way down, but with the trouble we had finding an inexpensive and well fitted robe I'm not going to quibble. If you need an all-purpose black robe for light use this is it.

The robe, for a costume, is good. Too bad they used a silver zipper instead of black. Maybe they do that so people will know it's a costume(??) You can see how the zipper stands out exactly as it is shown in the picture. Zipping up or down isn't as smooth as most zippers but, other than that, it's good. (But that zipper though really stands out against the black)

It's not too hot. It's not too cold. I have long arms so it's a little short on me, but that's okay. It gives me more room to work. Good for being a mock moot court judge or accentuating a look for a Halloween costume. Recommended.

Here come the judge, used it for a skit at my church's women's day, this is my play pen!

It would be great if the picture and price didn’t imply that the wig and gavel are included. This price for only a cheap polyester robe is borderline criminal.

Low quality. I see I’m not the only one who thought the wig came with it. It should be clear in the title.
