Description

Nettle seeds originate from the stinging nettle plant, a perennial herb native to Europe, Asia and North America. They are harvested from the flowering tops of the plant and have a long history of traditional use.
Wide range of uses: Nettle seeds can be sprinkled over salads, soups or cooked dishes, incorporated into homemade bread and granola bars or can be ground into a powder and used as a seasoning in sauces, dressings or marinades.
Nettle seed tea: Add 1-2 tsp of the seeds to 250ml of hot water, let steep for 5-7 minutes, then strain. For best results, use a strainer or infuser.
Naturally sourced: Our nettle seeds are sourced from cultivation that prioritises purity, ensuring each ingredient meets the finest quality standards.
Commitment to quality: We uphold exceptional standards across the entire value chain, from cultivation to packaging, ensuring consistent product quality.
