THE BIKE IS A VERY NICE BIKE FOR THE PRICE IT WORKS VERY WELL FOR ME AND I AM A BIG GUY OVER 200 LBS NICE STURDY FAST AND WITH BATTERY 61 LBS

What is the lowest possible seat height?

Well at the lowest it is very comfortable but the seats are very uncomfortable. I put a gel seat over top that helps. My husband bought a new seat for his.

what is the exact measurement in inches from the floor to the top of the seat?

Have not measured it but my wife is 5’3 and can’t put both feet on ground I’m 5’8 no problems

How much weight can the rear saddle hold? Can a child sit there with a cushion seat?

The rack is stamped stating 25kg capacity. I assume this includes the weight of the battery and that weighs just under 3.5kg. That leaves 21.5kg or 47.4 pounds of capacity. Sure hope that answers your question and that it works for you.
