Missing Instruction Manual
I received my daughters twin bed in two boxes and none of the boxes have the instruction manual nor is it anywhere to be found online. This is completely ridiculous and the customer service sucks 1000% the customer service voice message says they’re closed due to the pandemic. What pandemic? The bed was too expensive for it not to come with an instruction manual. I expect some type of compensation for my troubles!!! RIDICULOUS!!! Don’t order a bed that doesn’t have a downloadable instruction manual! and this manufacture is not deserving of any stars but I had to choose one which wasn’t by choice!!!
