Will it fit with a light on the rail?

No it will not. It is specifically molded to fit the pistol only.

Will this fit the tp9sf full size one series, or is it for the elite models

It should fit the full size tp9sf, I currently use this for the full size tp9sa.

Does it fit tp9sf elite

If the elite has the raised sights for a suppressor I wanna say probably not if it has the standard sights the it should fit no problem.

Will you special order/make one to fit the tp9 elite combat w/olight mini 2 attachment? will to pay extra

I don’t make them but I’d ask the company if they could. I’d recommend “wethepeople” holsters. They make them but the wait time is long tho.
