Really a game-changer for meal prep. Great for big batches of soup. Allows me to freeze individual portions and then transfer the frozen soup to freezer bags. They are easy to clean and sturdy. It was easy to pop out the frozen contents. I i think they are pricey but they are well made so that eases the pain.

These are durable with a super sturdy edge. and easy to clean. Haven’t had any leaking issues. Love how easy food is to get into and out of for great storage in my fridge or freezer and a plus they can go in oven without lids.

Absolutely love these! Whether your family is large or small these are a fabulous way to reduce food waste. Have a recipe that calls for 2 tablespoons of tomato paste? These are great to save the unused half can of tomato paste in usable portions and have on hand in the freezer. The larger ones are good for storing measured portions of cooked rice or grain, sautéed veggies, or sauces to freeze and throw in future soups or casseroles. I’ve had mine for a few years and they show no signs of wear. Great gift for young adults just starting out on their own, or anyone just wanting to have a better storage system and eliminating food waste!

I like to freeze juices and fruits as well as pan sauces(not all together) and these silicone molds are perfect for all size portions. They do not hold odors of items frozen in them and they wash in a dishwasher like a dream. The sizes of the molds are great for lots of portion sizes and I can transfer the frozen blocks to silicone freezer bags to save them for later. I like the fact I can stack several in the freezer at the same time and after I pop out the blocks, wash up the molds and pop them back on the shelf awaiting the next nifty use. These are quality made and will last me forever. GREAT!

These are wonderful for freezing leftovers and meal prep. Now when I make a batch of soup for dinner we enjoy it that evening and I am able to freeze the leftovers in small portions that we can take out whenever we want. This has made freezer meal prep a breeze as well. Everything has popped out of them beautifully.

I bought these in early 2021, just reviewing now because while I have loved them, they just amazed me, again. I have used them to freeze soups, stocks, leftovers and a variety of things over the years. They’re just as amazing as you expect they would be. I just made a large batch of vegan curried veggie lentil soup. I used 3 of the 4 Souper cubes to freeze it. It has quite a bit of turmeric in it. Turmeric stays a lot of stuff. The only thing I haven’t had it stain his glass. I literally have nonstick pans that are permanently stained yellow because I made something with too much turmeric in them. Even the stainless steel pans, sometimes need a couple washings to get the yellow out of after I portioned all my soup and put it in the freezer. I thought oh crap my bright aqua Souper cubes are gonna end up some horrible shade of green because of the turmeric, I wonder if I’ll ever be able to get it out? I popped the soup out this morning, ZERO staining. These are so worth it.

LOVE!! I have to travel for work and these saved me! I’m able to meal prep, freeze, and take with me when I travel. They travel well and heat up great!

Love it for my meal prep and meal storage. Depending on the tyoe of food you place in it sometimes it retains the smell, for example garlic or other strong food smell. But other than that downside it ia really convenient everytime i want to store my leftovers or prep meals.

I dithered a long time over purchasing these, because there are so many cheaper options out there. Finally decided to get a set as my family entered a season that I knew would require me to freeze meals in advance a lot more if I hoped for us to still have home-cooked food. For me, they have lived up to their hype. The reinforced/sturdier rims make it really easy to fill the trays. Being able to know that one frozen block = 1 cup has also been so helpful. And, the blocks (emptied out of the trays) store so neatly. The sides of these trays’ compartments are vertical not slanted (as some of the ones I used to use are) making it super easy to store them flat/stacked once removed from the tray. I haven’t tried baking in them yet - haven’t gotten comfortable baking in silicon yet - but the large 2-cup tray has still been very useful for storing baked casseroles. I like having a good gauge of how much I’m defrosting each time.

Theses Souper Cubes are a game changer/life changing in relation to kitchen work. These come in different sizes or in a complete set of different sizes 2T, half cup, 1 cup, 2 cup sizes. Great to make bulk cooking and freeze stews, cooked lentils, pulses beans, soups for mug sizes etc, freeze fresh shop bought herbs or homegrown herbs in the 2T spoon size trays in a little olive oil etc. By cooking in bulk even for one, two or larger families it saves energy on ovens, stove tops and freezer energy, as the mote full a freezer is the less energy it uses. Also, bulk cooking saves on cleaning and human energy! And good healthy homemade food is ready to to defrost, if you are not feeling up to cooking just reheating thereby saving on a possible takeaway. These are a little expensive but I have them for nearly a year and they are perfect. They have a sturdy wire rim to prevent spillage when moving them into the freezer. Quality is excellent. I would recommend to a friend. These are a win in my opinion.
