I will only buy Souper Cubes brand. As far as I'm concerned, they invented this product and I will not support the myriad of copy cat rip-offs. Souper cubes are thoughtfully designed, the lids are tight fitting. I've had the 1 cup size since they first came out. Adding this to my collection for freezing portions of ginger, garlic and other recipe ingredients. In the long run it will save me money grating and chopping fresh ingredients and storing them in my freezer over buying pre processed produce with preservatives added.

I liked it, but they are small for soup.
