I’ll admit, for a smaller baby I can see these being a bit too large but for my baby boy (15lbs towards the end of his 3rd month and now 16lbs in month 4) the size is great. It covers his chest so while eating, spitting up, or drooling we don’t have to fear his clothes getting ruined. 3. They wash well. I’ve noticed a lot of baby items don’t wash well. They either gather or ball up after a couple washed but we got these mid way through his 3rd month and have had them for a month now. We washed them weekly and they hold up great! 4.
