Great product
My little dog has lost many of her teeth during recent cleanings, but she still won't let me brush her teeth. I've tried a number of other products like Petzlife, but this is the first one that really seems to work well. Her breath is definitely much better, and I'm hoping it will keep the tartar at bay. She also seems to like the taste and now is excited when she sees me take out the bottle. Just one minor ding - the gel comes out of the pump bottle at a ridiculous velocity. I ended up putting it in a smaller squeeze bottle, and that has worked much better -- just squeeze a bit on my finger and rub on her gums.

Great Products
Been using this for about 2 months and I am noticing a difference on my little guys teeth. They are getting cleaner for sure and his breath is much better. He will not let me brush his teeth and the product that you put in water he will not drink the water. This has been the only thing I have found that he lets me squirt in his mouth and he is ok with it.

her teeth were terrible and filled with plaque
We adopted a 2 yr old Shih Tzu 6 months ago. When we got her, her teeth were terrible and filled with plaque. We just brought her to the vet and he said her teeth look fantastic. I just put a drop on a gauze pad and rub her gums on both sides and she loves the taste. We saw a difference in about 2 months of cleaning her teeth about 3 times a week. It really works!!!

My dog likes the flavor.. Does it actually work? Only time will tell.
This is a review of Pettura - Oral Health, Oral Gel Supplement. My review is simply going to look at whether my dog likes the flavor of this (she does) and whether it is easy to apply. As for improving my dog's breath, nothing significant has been noticed yet. Maybe that will take time as well. No one can possibly make any claims to how well something like this would work until several months go by. Anyone who does make any claims is simply stretching the truth. It takes time for something like this to produce noticeable results. This product does not claim to reduce or eliminate pre-existing tartar buildup on your dog's teeth. It will possibly inhibit the formation and accumulation of future tartar buildup with continued use over a period of months. But to get rid of existing tartar will require daily brushing and possibly a visit to a veterinarian. This has a runny gel consistency, Sort of like a gel toothpaste but not as firm. Once you squirt it on your finger, it will run off in a matter of 5 seconds if you don't quickly get your finger into your dog's mouth and begin to rub it on the teeth. You are instructed to use 4 squirts per treatment, one squirt per quadrant of your dog's teeth. It applies easily assuming your dog allows you to do so. If not, it could be a struggle for you, My dog does not fidget at all when we put our fingers into her mouth since we conditioned her to that when she was a young puppy. I'll report back with any positive results. Right now, it's OK since my dog tolerates it and it is easy to apply.

Our little house dog has the worst breath, and I mean worst
This stuff actually works. Our little house dog has the worst breath, and I mean worst. I'm talking about the ass of a dead rhino combined with giant lizard breath. You just put some on each side of their teeth and gums with your finger, and it's like magic. The little bastard loves the flavor as well, so it's not a fight when it comes time to apply.

What's with the dyes??
Why does this contain Blue #1 & Yellow #5? Do you think my dog cares what color it is? Do you think I care more about what color it is than how safe it is for my dog? I don't digest stuff with dye in it, there have been plenty of studies to indicate the long term negative effects from consuming dye, not to mention what I have witnessed with my own eyes from observing my autistic nephew after someone gives him a brightly colored piece of candy, why would I give it to my dog? Everything else is a moot point to me, but for others who aren't concerned about the risks, my dog didn't mind the taste and it did seem to help his breath for a couple of hours. Not much longer than that though. I'm just going to stick with brushing his teeth and adding some tropiclean fresh breath to his water,
