This item was purchased as a gift for a young gamer. He is very happy with the monitor and was surprised at how superior it is to the TV screen he was using for gaming previously. Excellent picture quality and good refresh rate.

Love this monitor, the colours are sharp and crisp, brightness controls are good too. Great for gaming and easy to plug in and play. Display size is great for desk setup, more than big enough.no built in speakers so require own speakers or headset. Lovely slim bezel around screen.

Bought this monitor as an upgrade from an old barebones 60 hz monitor. As soon as I switched it on, I was blown away by the picture quality. It may be my first experience with gaming at triple digit FPS (which is also very stable), but this monitor helped me unlock it, which I really appreciate. Also, it is very quick and easy to install. Terrific quality for the price.

First of all. I played on this monitor connected by gaming laptop via hdmi at 165hz for 4 months. This monitor is good at this price. My unit have no colour bleed and ghosting is minimal. Recently I build my own mini pc (on picture). I connected via certified by vesa display port bought on amazon. Straight away my monitor start flickering and blackout at 165hz. It was working fine when I lower it. So I thought bad display pprt cable. I ordered another one but this time different brand had non certified. I plugged in and it was fine at 165hz. It stayed that way for about 2 weeks, I played many different games. When suddenly one day I turn of pc and later that day turn back on my screen was flickering again. Notice only 2 weeks passed since I changed the cable. I tried other things like disable msi afterburner, costum resolution and etc. Maximum performance on gpu. Disabling g sync and etc... the monitor only working fine at 144hz. Everything above that it just doesn't work... I think this monitor have misleading advertising. As few other reported same issue with display port connection not working properly at 165hz but working fine at lower resolution (144hz). I think 165hz stands for hdmi max refresh rate but for display port max 144hz only. I have ordered replacement unit. I will test it and see if the issue will go away. Just to make everyone aware IF YOU WANT TO GAME AT 165HZ VIA DISPLAY PORT YOU MIGHT HAVE ISSUES!!! Edit: New replacement unit working well at 165hz via display port. I will monitor if is continue working without issues. I hope it will stay that way and last long. Thank you for amazon sending to me brand new monitor within one week time. Bought this for my son's PlayStation console and he says it works perfectly for his games. He also watches films and videos and says the quality is good. We added separate speakers so I can't comment on the sound quality.

Brought for our grandson. He is very happy with it and uses it to game with as he said it is better than playing through TV. Arrived very quickly and easy to set up.

Bought as a christmas gift for my tween boy! Does exactly what it says it does, easy to use, functional and a decent cost!

Did not work in 165Hz, max was 120 and the response time seems wired even though I set it up to the max, (edit: im still using it until they come to collect it now is showing 165 but is flickering, i turn it off and again to 120) I have to return it because I been told by amazon costumer service that is a manufacturing fault for this model and they will take it off the shop Colours are stunning as it is ips panel, feels cheap and looks expensive for the price

Monitor stop receiving power after a year of use. Cord works fine on another monitor so it not a cord issue. Very disappointed.
