The moment I opened the box, I could tell how carefully it was made. The wood is solid and smooth, with no seams or glue showing, and the carved Tree of Life design is even more beautiful in person. Putting it together was simple. It came with a sturdy screwdriver, screws, and a satin bag for the remains, all neatly packed. Everything fit together perfectly, and the interior is clean and well finished. You can feel the care that went into making it. I also appreciated how affordable it was compared to what the funeral home offered us, and the fast delivery lifted one small stress off my shoulders. Even though the price was lower, nothing about it feels cheap. It’s a piece that feels respectful and worthy of my father’s aesthetic and timelessly beautiful on display in my sitting room. This urn brought a bit of peace to a hard moment, and I’m truly grateful for that. We bought this urn for my woodworker dad and it was just perfect. It’s beautiful and very well made. The lid seals tightly and is very sturdy. My dad would have really like it.

What you don't realise is the front face was made up of 3 pieces of wood joined together with no regard for matching the grain/colour of the individual pieces of wood. The design was barely visible on my order and it was also chipped on the top. Why would you consider putting a loved one in such shoddy work. And then this company has the audacity to deduct the postage for the return from my refund.
