PERFETTO
hadn't eaten ramen in decades until recently, just because "the usual ramen" is literally toxic. so when I had no time to eat, my standard was a handful of nuts and some fruit. then I broke my leg and could barely make it to the kitchen, let alone cook a regular meal. even had I been interested in having meals delivered, I had no way to get food from the door to the kitchen counter. and I wasn't about to ask friends to swing by with food every day. I broke my leg doing something unbelievably stoopid, and didn't want anyone else paying for my idiocy. started looking for a solution and found this healthy non-toxic ramen. bought something like 60 packs on the first order because even if I didn't like it, it would work to keep me fed. a friend put one of my bar stools in the (galley) kitchen between sink and stove, with the humongous box of ramen (next to the case of tofu) on the counter next to the sink. all I had to do was sit on the bar stool and I could get/boil water, slice up a box of tofu while the water came to a boil, make the ramen, add the tofu, eat straight out of the pot, then wash the pot, fork, and knife. I almost always eat only one meal per day, late at night. this ramen with tofu became that meal for ten weeks and I never tired of it. it's freakin' delicious!!! as with any packaged food, I used it as a base, adding LOTS of black pepper, chili peppers, cayenne, ginger, and black seeds. the soup packet is great on its own, but I like Spicy. I've been back on my feet for several weeks now but this ramen has become a staple. every time the supply dwindled down to a few packs I reordered, and then I put it on subscription through amazon. yes, it's more expensive than supermarket ramen, but it's so worth it (and even with the box of tofu, it comes in at less than five bucks for the day). it's GMO-FREE and has many certified-organic ingredients. LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS RICE & MILLET RAMEN!!!

Cook time is 8 minutes!
I’ve really missed nong shim shin ramyun since going wheat free. I was skeptical bc I had tried lotus foods pho noodles and those are absolutely terrible. Luckily, these were way better and with the addition of a teaspoon or so of samabila Korean ramen seasoning, they’re a pretty good dupe for shin ramyun! Though make sure you cook the noodles for 8 minutes. I tried the 4 minute cook time and the noodles were still hard. At 6 minutes, the noodles were al dente but still too hard for my tastes but at 8 minutes the noodles have a chewy consistency similar to the nong shim noodles 🤩. Gives me plenty of time to add an egg or two and some veggies for a decently balanced meal. Without the additional flavor, it is definitely a bit lackluster but passable. But highly recommend pairing these with some samabila!

Very strong broth
This was given to me by a friend the first time an still 3 years later this most recent purchase does not disappoint. No artificial flavor’s, no artificial color’s no MSG, no MSM, packs a very strong broth. I could eat this everyday, much better than ramen noodles, as the ingredients are non GMO organic. Very easy to make, (1 ) : cut packet an put the noodles an the broth powder in a bowl, boil some filtered water an pour into the bowl, cover with plate, let stand for 4 minutes. ( 2 ) Boil water an add the noodles an the broth powder packet, cover wait 4 minutes enjoy ( 3 ) put in a medium sized bowl, ( Ramen noodle cooker works as well for all those college kids ) place the noodles in the bowl, pour water in until the noodles are covered, place in the microwave for 4 minutes, remove with hot pads, cut the broth powder packet, add an stir in, enjoy. ( FYI ) for those of you wondering there is Nori or organic seaweed ( yes you can eat seaweed ) in the product just little strips, it’s 100% edible & found in sushi. Pack of 10 lasts quite a while, if i could get this in bulk for the same price I’d buy it.

God sent noodles!
These noodles are wonderful! Finding delicious gluten-free pastas with great taste and texture is difficult, but these are like a miracle having both.

Swing and miss
Not a fan. After cooking the noodles are short and texture very different from any other ramen noodles I’ve had. Although the taste is also different, it wasn’t an issue for me. May be healthier than traditional but not the same experience

Great gluten free option for celiac's suffers
My daughter has Celiacs disease and these are now a gluten free staple for our household. Good taste, good quality (as far as I can tell).

terrible ...
Absolutely terrible. Brands i've tried recently, Jin Ramen , Mama, Nissin, Maruchin , TopRamen and any of these are far better . These, not to be dramatic, but reminds me of something you'd feed a horse or rabbit . Very grainey . I tried to buy something healthier than the others i mentioned but just cant even eat this. Also , you have to cook or let soak in boiling water a LONG time . Overall, Total waste . My asian buddy also says they tried these and threw them out . They eat Jin and Mama brand . Personally i like maruchin although its probably not the healthiest thing ...
