A dream for any bread baker
I finally upgraded to the 7 quart stand mixer, and I am not disappointed. If you bake bread, this is the stand mixer for you. I’ve had the original mixer for 15 years, although it always did the trick with larger bread recipe recipes I always struggled. Wait till it goes on sale and then buy it you will not regret it.

Shut off after a little mixing
I have used this mixer twice now for making bread and after a little while it shut off both times. I did not overfill the mixer and I only had it on the 2nd speed like instructed. Very disappointing.
