It doesn’t heal injuries or anything like that over night but it forsure makes them feel better and if you massage the sore spot with this i feel like recovery is quicker

After reading reviews I was expecting more relief than Biofreeze. This doesn't even come close to that.

Great for any physical activity. Definitely a great go to for recovery.

Effective for sore traps. A little goes a long way. Works well when applying after a warm shower. Burns a little when applied that way, but works into the muscles faster. Also works well when rubbed into the base of the skull and temples for headache relief…no joke! Awesome product!

This is great stuff!! I used it wen I trained Thai boxing and it helped reduce muscle pain. Great for a massage on sore muscles. Just don't get it on your groin area, it burns ;) When me or my wife get the flu and are achy and have a fever and feel like crap we give a full body rubdown with this stuff and it really helps reduce pain and reduces fever due to the analgesic. My kids get growing pains at night and we will rub their legs with this to reduce growing pains. They love it too and we get to go back to sleep.

Works well to help warm up body prior to high intensity training like Muay Thai.
