Dog hesitant to eat.
I can't give this product any more than average as the dog treats absolutely STINK and my dog was very hesitant to eat one. Her initial response, after getting all excited knowing she was about to get a treat, was to sniff it and instantly turn away. I had to encourage her to try again and she hesitantly tasted it and finally ate it (as if she wasn't exactly happy about it i.e. dropping it and turning it over on the floor with her tongue). Since then she has accepted the treats without hesitation and eaten them as fast as she normally does with other kinds so maybe it was just an initial impression that made her hesitant.However, when I say they stink, I'm really not kidding. I am well aware that many dog treats smell bad but none, in my experience, have every smelt like sewage. These treats smell strongly of actual sewage. It makes me cringe when I give them out and I certainly will not buy them again because of this. It just doesn't seen right to give my dog something as a treat that smells so awful.

Making a difference
Our boy was starting to struggle on his rear legs and he's only just turned 8 - he is on the go morning, noon and night as he's ball mad! We tried one vet recommended tablet but he sicks it up (I think he's having a reaction to the mollusc hulls). I spoke to the vet again and he recommended these as an alternative as they have collagen in. I'm happy to say these have made a huge difference and our boy is now more comfortable and less stiff. We're so pleased with these treats and have a monthly subscription for them now.

Hypoallergenic treats for your dog
My dog loves these. He had loads of allergies so we are careful what he eats. Personally I don’t like the smell of them but my dog loves them and that’s all that matters. Finding good quality hypoallergenic treats was always an issue previously but these are perfect.
