The left earphone lost its volume, it is a lot quieter than the other, after less than 3 months of use, averaging around less than 2 hours a day. Contacted Parasom and they sent me new ones, shipping the new ones took less than a week, which is really quick. You can count on this company to send you new ones. As for the headphones themselves, it seems that the housing could be improved upon, and if done so, these could be the best running/workout ear-phones on the market.

Good earphones quick delivery

### ⭐⭐⭐ Good for money, but stopped working after 3 weeks.

Good for the first 3 weeks, then they stopped working as the connection was lost by the jack. Tried in multiple devices and none of them worked. The C-shaped pieces that ensure the headphones stay in your ear kept coming loose and I had lost 2 of these in 3 weeks. Good for the money (when they worked) but wouldn't buy again.
