Garbage product
Don’t buy just waste product. Very tight to use and the strings lost elasticity within a week of use. Waste of money.

Squeaky but good
It's ia a good excersing equipment for home and I am using it for a month. Only problem i am getting is it's making too much squeaky sound and I am afraid to put oil as it may damge the hydrolics. Otherwise all is good.

Decent stepper, but not for shoe size 9+
Quality is decent, plastics of the "pedal" are not as good quality as the rest of the stepper. It's still worth the money 3200/-. Shoe size 8 would be the max to comfortably fit on the "pedals". I'm a size 9 and the last inch of my footwear is sticking out of the pedal (see attached pics). Because of this, the stepper suddenly lifts off the front end and tilts backwards at times, while using it. So reducing 1 star for insufficient length and 1 star for stability issue.

Stepper has broken within a month of use
It was very hard to use and speed adjustment wasn't working either but still was good for cardio exercise until its broken within a month of start using it. Poor quality metals.
