I am 50, male, and I never worn anything other than tight, mid length and trunk length boxer briefs. I have an average sized penis but have very large and low testes, very abnormally disproportional. This has alway been a challenge my whole life to find supportive underwear. With others I have always found the crotch to be droopy, falling, and basically non functional in support. I can’t believe the support you get with thongs. I never knew this. They never sag, and are always in their place to hold the goods. This product is good for support but not like a jock strap tight. Just a nice snug fit with lots of flex. I don’t get sweaty in these and find them very cool in the hot summer. I wear these year round. They are very light and comfortable. The material breathes well. The Y back is nice, looks good and feels good too. They are a smidgeon on the smaller side and maybe a little lower set. I wear a 36” waist jean and I purchased the “Large” size. I have purchased three orders of these. They do tend to get fuzz frizzle after a while but will last a long time, especially if you hand wash them or machine wash on delicate. I’m bummed that they are out of solid black, I am ordering two more orders of the multicolor ones. My wife hates them, but I love them.

I was pleasantly surprised by the fit and comfort of this thong. Men's thongs are generally very expensive and I have been wearing women's thongs for years as they cost much less. I was looking for a cotton stretch thong and found these. I love them. The stretch is great. The pouch fits very well and has good support. It is a no-frills thong and is very close to feeling like nothing, with nice support. I typically feel the thong part on all my thongs except for this one and one other cotton thong. Comfort is really important to me. If this is your first thong, this is a great one to start wearing.1/08/2021In looking at my review of 2017, I didn't realize I have had these thongs for that long. They are still going strong. I have 10 of them. I have tried more thongs from Amazon and these are, hands down, THE MOST COMFORTABLE! I have many other brands. You can look at my reviews to see what else I have purchased over the years. The problem with all the other men's thongs is the thong part. There is way too much fabric folded over in the seams. I have actually tried wearing several of them inside out and found the thong part to be more comfortable/less irritating. That is the problem with Guy's thongs; the thong part is too thick and not smooth. That is the advantage of women's thongs. The thong part is much more comfortable.Update June 10, 2023:I started wearing this thong again. I have close to 100 thongs as I buy, wear, and review likes and dislikes. Once again, I ask myself, why wear any other thong? This thong is, as I have said before, the most comfortable thong I own. Period! The fabric does not stretch out while wearing. It stays in place. I barely feel it. The back part is extremely comfortable. It washes well and goes through the drier. The cotton does not pill up. There is nothing bad about this thong.

Finally! WE ARE HERE! These thongs are fantastic! I have been waiting for years for there to be fairly priced male thongs that do not look so huge. These are slim, fit well and look dang good.So, in typical fashion I will review these thongs as well.1. Quality of MaterialsExcellent quality. These are not thongs that will chafe against your skin all day, the entirety of the material used in these thongs is very comfortable.2. FitThese fit perfect. The front is just perfect. It's big enough that you will never ever worry about falling out of them as the day goes by. What's nice, is they make the extra material go down, not sideways. It's almost as if they were trying to engineer these thongs for someone with a 2-8inch pecker. So it's longer than it is wider.3. DurabilityWhat I worry about particularly with my thongs is if they will rip as I get hard throughout the day or if they will rip or fray in the washer and dryer. With these I do not feel that way.4. Overall.I would highly recommend these thongs. I mostly prefer women's thongs, and women's underwear in general. But these are absolutely ones worth trying out.

According to the size chart, I fall between a L and XL. After receiving some answers I decided to order the L. Fit well. Not an abundance of stretch in the waist but pouch was stretchy as long as you'read average size. Comfortable in short wears but a little uncomfortable on long wears. Price was reasonable.Would I reorder? Probably not, just a tad uncomfortable for me. Seams to be well made.This is my opinion, your's may vary.
