In Adam Brown's book "Bright Spots & Landmines" he states that a 30 minute walk could lower your blood glucose level by 30 to 60 mg/dl. I've tried this and found, in my case, to be true. He indicates that riding a bike will double this result. I now walk every other day with the vest and am hoping to even get a better result. Adam recommends using a vest to increase heart rate while walking. I'll try this for a few months and plan on wearing the belt every day eventually. I walk daily and lift weights 4 times per week and ride my bike, now that the weather is finally getting better and daylight saving time is hear a few times per week. So, I like the vest, I think you can take out some of the weights but I'll stay with the 20 pounds. Try Adam's book too. My weight and BP are now normal but my A1c has spiked over the Winter - I'm to see my doc next week and I'm sure she is going to yell at me. I'm hoping the vest and Adam's book will get me back to an A1c of 7. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing product *by A***R on January 10, 2017* Very good product for training your upper body. I put it on for push ups and pull ups at home. It's also great for running. It helps you to train endurance. ### ⭐ Disappointed...ripped during 2nd time using *by A***R on March 25, 2018* Ok so I've had experience with the cross101 brand never had a whole lot of issues or complaints with them, I'm not sure if this is made by the same manufacturer. Upon opening I had high hopes and it looked promising (as the quality looked decent). My review is based on the workmanship. On my 2nd workout i noticed the strap coming lose..but it was actually ripping out during the workout...this was a 40lb vest. It could have been a defect during manufacturing. If k2 wants to send me another I will test and review, but I am gonna look at other brands this time.
