Yes it operates the same whether you have your feet resting in it or have your legs in it. It has rolling, vibration, heat and compression. Hope this helps.

My feet are large (US size 14); will they fit in this?

The deflated width is 4 inches and working length is 1 foot, not sure if that would be large enough.
