Can it be used on vertices stucco?

I would say yes, but to what end. The stucco is porous and will suck the sealer in fast. I would contact the stucco manufacturer and see what product they recommend.

Is this best choice for cement pavers for driveway? I would like to use around pool . I live southwest florida

Can't tell you how it will react to chlorine and other pool chemicals but it did a good job on my pavers around the house and lanaii.
