Purchased this to replace a different, less adjustable model and solve a problem. My old model made the monitors way to close to my face on shallow desk- basically they sat about 4 inches in front of the stand taking up lots of desk space. The adjustable arms on this new model allows me to pull them back to align with the back of the desk. That’s what I was looking for and this solved my problem perfectly- but there’s more! This was easy to put together, instructions clear. It’s nice looking and the glass base helps retain useable desk space since the whole surface is flat and level. It’s very sturdy, no wobbling no concerns about it tipping over - even with my heavy older monitors. AND lots of helpful adjustments in addition to the bending arm adjustment I was looking for. Excellent- totally worth the price.

I love everything except one thing about this monitor stand: Height adjustment is MANUAL. At this price range that is totally fair and understandable, but just know it takes some effort and possible even help from another to adjust height. Getting your preferred height right the first time and is a bit of a guess and estimation. If you are off then you are going to be adjusting AFTER you have your flat panels attached and with their weight fighting you to raise them while tightening the adjustment bolt or trying to drop down lower than you want. One high positive is that despite the height adjustment trickiness this stand offers full adjustment as far as spreading the monitors and pivoting them left/right/up/down and also horizontal to vertical. Again, though, you may need help. Your height adjustment may want to drop on you if pulling on the panels too much. Also note the provided cable management clips are good but they don't hold enough cable "thickness" and there are not enough of them. Plan to add some nice looking velcro and spend some time getting everything to look neat instead of like a rat's nest of cables. Even with these caveats I would absolutely buy this again. It is has a nice, modern, expensive look and feel. Even if I wanted to spend more I would still choose this model because of the shape of the base. It is flat on top - which allows you to make use of that space. If it were curved you could not easily make use of that dead space. I place my docking station on top the base, and then my laptop on top of the docking station. That means I can also use the top of my closed laptop for my earpiece or phone. Last - how much monitor will this really hold? Mileage may vary, but for reference mine holds two 24" Dell flat panels, and one of them is slightly older and a bit heavier than today's models.

This is a very sturdy monitor stand. It holds my 24 inch gaming monitors securely and at just the right ergonomic height for me. Gross vertical adjustment of the arms is easy to do and it feels very stable. I’m not worried about it sliding down the post. The best feature of this stand is that the base is heavy and wide enough to hold up one monitor and remain balanced while you grab the other one to install it. I was able to install both with just my two hands and no extra people, hands, tentacles, or anxiety. Aesthetically, it’s very nice. The base is shiny black glass and looks very classy. Functionally, other reviewers are correct that the tilt adjustment is tricky and it’s hard to get the screens to stay in place. One of them tends to tilt forward gradually over time, even though I tightened the retention screw for all it was worth. The height adjustment for each monitor is also tricky. My two monitors are identical and no matter what I do with raising each one up and down individually, they absolutely will not align vertically. They are off by about 4 mm at best, which may not bother some people, but makes me twitch a little bit. I was able to get a nice angle on them though so I can have my main screen in front of me and then turn just a bit to see my other monitor without hurting my neck. Overall, I’m happy and I think it’s a good value. Seems like it will last. I took off one star for the adjustment problems.

Set up using dual 32in LG Ultragear monitors. Seems pretty stable. Yes the springs are very tight! Loosen it up a little and use a screw driver to get it into position by stinking it in the gap and moving it into position and then tighten it down. I did get the option up to 38 inch monitors figuring out would be a little more sturdy. I'll update if anything changes.

Installation was a little tricky, but took less than an hour without any major problems. In the assembly instructions for the weighted base setup there's a small error in step 1 - an optional substep 4 that makes no sense and should be removed from the manual. All the hardware was present. There's a nice diagram in the manual for checking it off, and the different types of parts were nicely packaged in separate plastic compartments. It was a little overwhelming because half of it is for the grommet installation (they should consider selling the two versions as different items so there isn't all that leftover hardware, which is wasteful). In the final mounting, put the stand in place and lower the monitors onto it - don't assembly it with the monitors lying down and then try to maneuver the whole assembly. Anyway, my monitors are now perfectly aligned, which was why I got this. These HP q27 monitors come with stands that can be removed and replaced with VESA mounts that are also provided with the monitors. The VESA plates of the VIVO stand fit perfectly on those mounts. The whole setup is pretty stable. You need to really tighten down the bolt that holds the swivel arm on the pole, or it will slide down when the monitors are hung. I like my monitors pretty low - lower than in the product pictures here (see attache images). It's a good idea to pick the final vertical position of the swivel arms on the pole that will place your monitors where you want them before you hang the monitors. I'll update if anything goes wrong. These are expensive monitors so if anything happens to them I'll be pissed, and I'll let you know. But so far, it's just perfect, and seems stable.

This is an excellent Dual Monitor table stand. It’s quite sturdy, as well as visually pleasing. Along with being easy to assemble It has quite a few different options for monitor mounting, including vertical and horizontal, however both monitors should be the same model for the best functionality. Definitely a great option if you don’t want to drill into a desk or use a clamp. The Mount does have a good tilt capacity and motion range, But keep in mind this will affect how far back from the wall your screens are. I feel like this is one drawback that may make this unusable or inconvenient for some desk layouts. See pictures. Another note is that the plastic collar is removable to give a seamless look if desired, but I chose to leave it on.

I got a version of this stand recently for a new build with two different monitors (1 24" and 1 27") and when in the final steps of assembly, I found out that the weight of my smaller monitor is apparently too light? to keep the coiled spring under one of the arm mounts flexed into a new position and it straight up bends back relatively smoothly towards its original face up (horizontally parallel ) angle even when I tightened the top cap nut to keep my monitor firmly in place. Meanwhile I see the example assembly video where the arms are also originally in the face up position in the building process as they came in my box, but one scene cut later the arms are nearly vertically parallel ( | | ) before the assembler even mounts a big UW monitor onto the stand. What's up with this, did I get a straight up defective piece or am I supposed to have even more hand strength than usual to even bend the mounts into the desired view swivel angle? And of course, the instructions don't even mention the springs at all in the first place which caused confusion because my previous free base monitor stand didn't even have those yet, they worked perfectly fine with my two old 24"s. I am hoping a replacement proves more *malleable* at least in regards to this issue or else this thing would just be useless to me, and I've already seen at least one other review mentioning the questionable swiveling design of this stand to align two monitors. After finally getting around to working on the replacement version, no, the arms on the new one are still not truly flexible still even when I tried using my heavier monitor to mount on the left arm. This must be some kind of QC issue with the manufacturer as the 'new' replacement also came with some chipping on the steel arm bars.

The stand is generally stable and it fits my two 23.8-inch monitors, but it has one major problem: the height adjustment is not user-friendly at all. To change the monitor height, you have to loosen the screw with an Allen key, adjust the position manually, and then tighten it again. This is really inconvenient, especially if you care about ergonomics or need to fine-tune the monitor height after installation. For a dual monitor stand, I expected the height adjustment to be easier and faster. Once it is set up, it works, but adjusting it later is annoying and not practical. Because of this design flaw, I would not recommend it to anyone who wants a flexible or easily adjustable monitor setup.

I love how it cleaned up my workspace, physically and aesthetically. It was perfect for my workspace as I have one monitor vertical and one horizontal. They do fit together perfectly as I do not like to have a space between the monitors. Although they can reach forward, but after a certain distance it will become too forward heavy and fall as it is free standing. I love the base. it allows for me to organize and place office items on it to keep it all organized. Amazing quality for the price. My small city only had basic ones starting at over $150 to $300! I would order this again. It arrived in perfect condition and was exactly as advertised and shown.
