Drastic improvement!
The fiberglass antennas work great! I purchased several to improve the connection between my detached garage and the house which is about 50 ft away. I replaced the smaller antennas on my TPLink wireless bridge on both ends. The connection is consistently strong now and speed in the garage has doubled! Well worth the $ IMHO.

Not an actual N-Type connector
This has N-Type connector threads but is not an N-Type connector and the coax cable is permanently attached to the base.

I was wanting to get my wifi signal in my metal building to my repeater and it works flawlessly. I was honestly shocked at how good this antenna is built

Extends range of router outside
I use this on my router to give me WiFi ourdoors. The router is near an outside wall. I drilled hole and ran the cable out and up to the roof. Gives me Wifi outdoors. It lost a star because the cable wasn't long enough and they didn't give me a choice of length. I would have liked another 5 ft. Build quality is excellent and should last in the weather for years.
