It works great, AND you can't tell it's on your computer AT ALL. The magnets are thin and small, so when the screen is on there, it lays flat against the screen. When I've used privacy screens on my iPhone, you can always tell it's on there – – there are pink, diagonal lines that go across the screen and it makes your eyes feel kind of weird. This isn't like that. The computer screen is exactly as it's always been. When you look from either side, it really does block the content and even the light. In the video, my computer screen is at 100% brightness. One tiny potential annoyance is that when you try to close your computer, because the magnets are only at the top, the bottom of the screen falls forward and you can't close it without correcting it. However, the package came with tiny adhesive strips (shown in video), so by using those on the bottom, it totally fixes the problem. The one other thing that was tough that doesn't have to do with this product is that finding the dimensions and ratio of my computer screen was actually really hard! I tried looking up my computers specs but couldn't find this specific information. This was my third attempt to get the right size and finally it worked. So happy I pushed through! (I have a Thinkpad L15 Gen 1.)

I really struggled to find a privacy screen that had good reviews, which is why I'm taking the time to write this review. I am required to have one for exams in grad school, so I bought this one out of desperation, and exhaustion from looking, even though the reviews were mixed. I love it!! The screen looks normal from the front, and is completely black from the side. There is a little slider to cover the camera, which is a plus. It attaches by magnets at the top, which are super strong. There are no magnets at the bottom, but I haven't really run into any issues with that, it stays put really well. As described, my computer does not close completely, but it is barely noticeable, and my computer goes to sleep normally. I have no complaints!

PACKAGING: The package was very secure and wrapped well, it was in a cardboard-like casing, and inside of that the screen was wrapped in a separate plastic wrap. ADHESION: The product does not use adhesive glue or stickiness to tack the screen protector onto your computer screen. It is magnetic and will automatically click into place and it is easy to take on and off if need be which is nice. FREE ITEMS WITH SCREEN PROTECTOR: It comes with one of those small mini screen wiping cloths. QUALITY OF HOW THE PRODUCT WORKS: - LAPTOP CLOSING: There is only one minor flaw. The laptop WILL close all the way as long as you do not have any type of keyboard protector on. If you have anything else on the inside of the laptop, and the screen is on the laptop you may not be able to shut it all the way and the laptop will not be properly closed. - PRIVACY ASPECT: As far as the privacy of the screen, I do agree that it works especially if the brightness of your screen is on low. However, if you have the brightness up very high there may be some minor visibility but not so much that someone sitting next to you will be able to decipher what you are doing.

The nosey side-eyers have met their match. Yeah it’s natural to be curious but come on give people their privacy especially when on a place you c want escape such as a airplane or train. It fits my Mac Pro 2017 13 in A1780 perfectly easy as 1-2-3. Clean your screen, apply to screen and you can secure the bottom panels with the stick tape which is included. Yes your screen will get s little darker but first world problems not a big deal My laptop closes but obviously not all the day because of the 3 millimeter gap but that’s nothing to fit about either. The night price did annoy me at first but I’d rather no cheap my way out and deal with buying multiple products. One and done!!!

Not recommended because: 1. Instructions didn't match the product. My product has a semi-sticky strip entirely across the bottom; instructions said to put sticky tabs in the lower corners. 2. Package contents didn't match the advertisement: No gel tabs, no alcohol wipe, no sticky dist remover. 3. The instructions didn't differentiate which side of the protector goes against the screen. The magnet across the top of the screen protector holds better when the cover is fit towards the screen. However, this prevents the sticky strip from doing its job. 4. The sliding camera covers are a great idea; however, there was no information about them in the package. Because I didn't receive the corner sticky tabs shown on the instructions, and because I received two of the camera covers (with adhesive on them) I thought they were the sticky tabs. No. 5. The product cuts way more than 1% of the light transmitted from the screen, because the brightness of the screen is quite noticeably less with the protector installed. 6. Advert is misleading: It shows 100% screen block from angles off from center. Even the product video included on the Amazon site shows that the screen is readable from the angles shown for 100% privacy. 7. Screen reflection is about the same with/without the cover, but in different ways. 8. Storage cover is a nice touch.

Edit: I have changed my rating to 3 stars due to the great customer service received from PYScreen. I had just written it off as a bad purchase, but they reached out to me and resolved the issue completely and satisfactorily. It was totally unexpected and greatly appreciated. Thank you PYS. It installed easy and fit a Dell Latitude 5440 screen perfectly, even accounting for the camera cutouts. It is a solid, well made piece. No flimsiness. It came with everything needed to clean the adhesive areas and the screen prior to installation and a folder to store it in when not in use to help protect it and keep it clean. Unfortunately, those reasons are not why I bought the product. It only slightly dimmed the screen, but provided no "blind spots" like other privacy screens do. It is just as easy to see what was on my screen from the side as it is from the front. Literally no reduction in viewing angle, just slightly dimmer. Even at lower screen brightness levels (<25%). Even worse, it causes a slight blurriness that seems to reduce the resolution of the picture. It made it very annoying to try to read smaller print. The description on the webpage says it is a privacy screen, but the package itself just says "Screen Protector". I would not buy again.

I needed a privacy screen so I could work on my laptop while traveling and this screen works perfectly. It fits my 13" macbook, the mag strip makes it easy to attach/remove and it came with a protective sleeve so I can take it off when I'm at home and tuck it away easily. It works just as intended, total privacy from an angle, but you can barely tell it's there when looking straight on. The camera cover is a nice touch, but I already have an adhesive camera cover. It's not a problem though, as this fits over it and the magnet keeps it attached securely.

Hi, This privacy cover works great with 1 flaw. First I bought it for the blue light protection because my eyes are starting to go bad. The blue light protection on this screencover is GREAT! Second, the privacy is nice and works great! the only issue I have with this cover is the camera cover is a small little magnetic cover that I almost lost in opening the package it was so small. I almost returned the cover immediately because I thought the product was defective. My wife found the cover and I struggled with how it worked, and then because it is magnetic and doesn't stick well, I've already lost it permanently. So if you need a camera cover don't get this screen protector.

What's not to like? Perfect magnetic fit for my MacBook Air13.3'' (A2337). No stickers or adhesives, easy to remove and fit back and with a Webcam Cover Slider as a bonus. A great choice for MacBook.

Convient parfaitement en taille à mon portable (HP 15-fd0119nf 15,6'') sauf que le cadre de celui-ci n'est pas magnétique en haut, donc le filtre ne tient pas en l'état. pensez à vérifier avant achat que le cadre haut de votre écran est bien magnétique avant achat.

Size is good and easy installation with the magnets. I'm a bit disappointed by the viewing angle though, when moving one chair to the left, viewing angle of about 45 degree, quite some part of the screen is still visible. They advise to lower the screen brightness to 50%, then the blocking becomes better, but might not help in all situations.

Its not the same size as the laptop screen which is 14 inches, although I requested it to be 14 inches.
