Keeps everything fresh
These containers are perfect for storing dried goods, we use 4 in our pantry for kids snacks and cereal. Everything we put in stays fresh for so much longer than if we just used the original packaging and a clip. They are a little pricy- but if they're in your budget I think these are the best cereal/snack storage solution.

Good for Sourdough Flour Sotorage or Cereals
Not only is this great for cereal, I use mine for pasta and flour for quick throw-togethers for a good dinner or sourdough mix! Easy to open, access, and clean. Holds up well after many uses.

These really are air-tight! and are hard, inflexible plastic, which you may or may not want
What I like:1) Size is exactly what I expected and is very close to those most brands that sell these are cereal dispensers (I use them for coffee beans), which is good.2) The top opens from one side (the other side is hinged) and when it is clamped shut it really is air-tight. Many of the flexible plastic containers of this size say they're air-tight but they're not - if you squeeze them it's obvious. This thing, which uses a hard plastic with no flex, works well.3) The 'pour out' flap on these is smaller than on many, which makes it much easier for me to pour coffee beans without accidentally pouring more than I want, and it also closes very tightly.What I would think about:1) If you drop one of the 'softer' flexible plastic containers on the floor, they'll probably just bounce a bit. I suspect that dropping this one, especially with much in it, would result in this cracking - not because of a quality issue, but just because of the rigid plastic.2) This doesn't affect me (I wash these containers by hand) but because they are hinged (using metal, which is great!) I wouldn't put them in a dishwasher.

The best for keeping my cereal fresh
I have a daily bowl of cereal and I purchase the giant 'economy' boxes of my favorite (CoCo puffs). I hated when I neared the bottom of the flimsy store packaging that my cereal had gone stale. This solved that problem and fits my kitchen cabinet PERFECTLY.

These are so Durable. and they were a great value for the money compared to other brands. I have bought three now and will get more. They function so well and nothing has gone bad.
