When I ordered this product I had read the reviews and people said some really foul things about this. I received my bottle this morning and so, shaved and tried it out with much anticipation. The cooling effect is instant and it absorbs quickly. The lavender scent is very subtle in this one but it’s there, it’s definitely more citrus forward, but it instantly soothes the skin and smells great!! As far as value for money goes? It’s all in what you value. I appreciate all-natural products and I don’t mind paying a bit more for it. This one was a bit over $15, but given its excellent quality? I’m thrilled!! If you’re on the fence and not really sure if you want to take the plunge? Go ahead, it’s a solid purchase and you won’t be disappointed.

Very nice scent and very nice feel post shave, very nice aftershave splash from Taconic that lingers just faintly for an hour or so and leaves the face feeling great after a shave with a safety razor.The shave soaps are all top notch soaps as well. I have the Bay Rum and Lime soaps, both very nice slick soaps that last forever.

I like a little more frangrant. Very little bite in this after shave. Its okay, but I probably wouldn't buy it again at that price

Smells great and great feel on the face

Terrific scent, attractive but not overpowering. No sting, and excellent post shave skin conditioning. This stuff is great. Will definitely order again. Good purchase, prompt delivery.

This pairs real nice to the BR soap. Good Bay Rum scent as it’s a bit more spice with a drop of menthol that is not at all over powering. I’ll buy again when done.

I love this aftershave . I bought it 4 times and I also bought other Taconic aftershave. This one is my favorite summer scent of fresh limes and calming lavender. The scent last about an hour. It cools your skin with alcohol.
