I was worried and imagined that this grinder would take a lot of effort and strength to turn and process meat, but its so good its effortless. I thought it would take hours of hard effort grinding, but it works as fast as you can turn it, easily get done in 20 minutes (10KG of meat). However, you do need to freeze the meat prior, not fully but so it's a little hard, I usually leave it in the freezer for around 1h before mincing. If you mince warm meat, it slushes about. It does mince it still, but the mince is like goop and it takes twice as long.

This mincer is well made and easy to clean. The best way to clean it is to hold the parts under a running outside tap to remove all the fragments of meat and then wash it in soapy water.

It looks great, haven't used it yet. The handle doesn't fit as you would expect, it doesn't push all the way on. My brother received one at the same time, and his is the same. Also the inside is rough and sharp. We didn't return them, because hopefully they do the job. But also we had to destroy the inner packaging to actually get them out. That's all, will do another review after using.

The product looks really sturdy and comes in a neat package. Shame it's design so poorly, I couldn't use it. It comes with two means to attach it to your counter: a suction cup and a screw stop. The sunction cup doesn't work because the lever would have to dig into the counter to lock and the stop&screw works only if you have a very thin counter or a dining table with no chamfered edges. Shame it looked the part.

Es lohnt sich auf jeden Fall etwas mehr Geld für diesen Fleischwolf auszugeben. Sehr stabile Konstruktion und der Edelstahl ist auch leicht zu reinigen. Die Messer schneiden sehr sauber und der Kraftaufwand hält sich auch in Grenzen (richtig justiert) Kann man auf jeden Fall empfehlen

I'm comparing this to a $120 meat grinder we also bought here on Amazon, which I admit isn't exactly a fair comparison, so I'm trying to go easy on it. Our previous grinder met an untimely demise due to my stupidity. I saw this one which looked almost exactly the same as our previous based on pictures but it was $50 cheaper. You get what you pay for is usually true but I decided to take a chance. Unfortunately the saying held true. This may be OK for those looking to process small amounts of meat only but we use it to prepare raw food for our dogs, including ground chicken bones. This grinder is made of pretty thin steel so I don't trust it to hold up to grinding chicken bones.
