This product provides one hundred tablets of 100 mg dose of thiamine. A little awkward to remove lid (to facilitate child proofing), but with use found this much easier (as a knack develops) with a lever movement. The instructions on the tub need a magnifying glass to see, unless you have 20:20 vision, but are straight forward. Just one tablet a day with main meal, swallow with water, don't chew, and of course do not exceed recommended dose. I'm not a doctor or currently in the medical profession, but the UK's NHS site has some useful information on taking Thiamine. Including that: Thiamine is generally a very safe medicine; is used for treating vitamin B1 deficiency; helps the cells in the body convert food into energy; and can assist to relieve symptoms such as tiredness, loss of appetite, and muscle weakness. I have tried the tablets for over a week now, and feel a little more energetic - albeit this may be coincidentally. It can take several weeks for the full benefits to evolve.
