After breaking my ankle, this heating pad has helped me get thru many nights relieving my pain. I wear a size 11 1/2 shoe and this pad fits around my foot easily. And stays in place thru the entire use. It gets very hot and you can tell when the timer ends. Because your foot rapidly cools down.

Fantastic item!! I had a trimalleolar fracture (ankle broken in 3 places) This boot soothes any pain. It has a timer and gets plenty warm enough. Easy to put on. Highly recommended!

This is a pair of knee-specific heating pads with a single controller (which can control temperature separately for the two pads). Once I learned how to use the temperature control (let it come up to the last-set temperature), you can adjust it - it's not exactly like a normal thermostat, so you don't set a target temperature in advance. Timer is a nice feature and works well, shutting off the pads after a preset time. My only quibble is that the single power cord (common to the pair) is a bit short, so you'll need to sit near an outlet or use an extension cord. Price is very good for what you get.

I’m a size 8 in women's shoes and recently bought this after ankle surgery. It gets HOT which is great! I love the concentrated heat on the ankle but it does not fully close around the top of my ankle where the elastic straps are - there is a noticeable gap. I just wish it was a bit bigger to be able to heat there as well but otherwise great product!
