The first thing I do now with supplements, after having been bitten badly is check the expiry date. These have an expiry date over a year out for 60 one a day capsules, which is good to see. The packaging is solid and can easily be seen as airtight immediately. I have seen many articles that state taking Turmeric with black pepper helps to aid absorption of Turmeric in the body, due to the piperine in the black pepper. so that is a plus The capsules themselves are about the size of a standard multivitamin and are relatively easy to swallow. When smelling the contents of the container there is a strong undisguised smell of turmeric, not dissimilar to smelling a freshly opened turmeric jar. There is no doubt that this is a crowded market and this product is at a premium price point. However, they are vegetarian and vegan certified.
