**Q: Has anyone taken the rubber grips off the pliers? Is it a knurled like finish or are they smooth?**
A: Smooth.

**Q: Why does the description say 6.5 inch but the item dimensions shows 9 x 2.88 x 0.75 in?**
A: actual total length is 6.5 inches by approx. 1.75 in by 7/16 thick. Hope that helps

**Q: Description says made in china; features and details say usa, which is true?**
A: The one I was sent said Made in USA. It is possible that they are having some made in China now. That would be a real bummer though.

**Q: Does it rust easily?**
A: I haven't had them very long or outside too much, but they show no signs of rust and they are stored in my garage.  they feel very well made.
