The quality is excellent and the jack can be resealed if needed. After having multiple cheaper HF and a heavy duty Husky jack fail, decided to pay a bit more for quality and safety, I expect this will out last me

Whomever designed the packaging for this must not have been Danish. Received extremely scratched up to bare metal in many spots with large blotches of paint missing. Plastic handle severely cracked down the middle. Entirely unusable. Not understanding how this was packaged from the manufacturer to prevent this from happening. Heavy Metal Pad and Bolt Free to Roam within box. Jack wedges against itself; scratching itself; requiring a repaint. Ordered a replacement for a retry. If this was a manufacturer spec package; they could have split the boxes to reduce their weight from over 70 lbs and prevent damaged product from back-logging their logistics and devaluing their inventory. Will be Emailing AC Hydraulic A/S about this to confirm. If second one arrives in same condition, I will find another so-called “premium” jack to do the job.

It's a good jack, but AC Hydraulics really needs to improve their packaging. My jack arrived with one front wheel completely split. Amazon handled the damage with grace. Amazon's customer service was spectacular.

I ordered even after reading some bad experiences in the reviews. Figured I'd take the chance and luckily mine arrived safe enough although the box was pretty beat. Minor scratches on the jack itself. My DH13 long jack is still my favorite, but this works in spaces where the longer jack won't. Great product. Wish I could buy the rubber pad here on Amazon. Maybe it's available now.

Packaging was fine, but there are several issues. The plastic handle that you have to hammer onto the handle is a stupid idea. Mine cracked, while correctly aligned with the internal 'dimple'. There is no hard stop, the internal cavity just slowly narrows. As a result, if there is a slight mismatch, it doesn't want to go, and then suddenly gives up, resulting in too much force and a crack.Second issue, the rear wheel that's supposed to rotate is completely seized up. I wanted to undo the bolt that is too tight, but there is not good leverage, and with wheels made of the same plastic as the handle, I didn't want to apply too much force... Applying some WD 40 helped, but it still rotates like crap.

This product arrived with the beautiful paint scratched and chipped because the jack wasn’t wrapped correctly in the box. Sadly, I sent it back because I paid too much money to receive something that looked used upon arrival.

This is my second AC jack, purchased for SUV work and to more easily maneuver around the garage compared to my DK13HLQ. This DK20Q easily lifts 4Runner/GX from the front center point, side frame rail to get the wheels off the ground, while keeping a relatively low clearance for modern sedan lifting. I love AC jacks, best you can get IMO. And if you email them, you actually get a response from a competent person that knows something.

Seems the wheels have rubber on them. I know the other Danish jack company uses nylon wheels(seriously). Are the wheels made of steel or not. Seems cheap.
