1UP 360 Revolution Wheel

This wheel appealed to me for its versatility allowing for the hand holds to perform forward ab exercises as well as the foot holds to exercise the abs using your legs. The quality thus far seems to be fine. I like the larger wheel for its smoothness when rolling against rough concrete as well soft surfaces such as carpet. It does perform as advertised however, I have found that due to the difficulty of strapping your feet into the foot holds I rarely use this feature and only use it for hand held exercise. As for the hand grips I would have given this 5 stars if the grips were larger and maybe a molded style hand grip and remove the foot holds. The piece of foam that is slid over the steel axle is too small in diameter and gives very little cushion and therefore is hard on the hands if your not wearing workout gloves. I will continue using this wheel but will probably look for a hands only style wheel with better hand grips and use my exercise ball for leg workouts. It's not the worst purchase I've ever made for the money but wouldn't buy it again knowing what I know now.

impossible to assemble without better instructions--not intuitive. the foam handles cant be put on, have to return this.

Use 2-3x week

I bought this as a gift for my brother and he loved it! We all took turns using it during our workout. It seems like a great sturdy product and it was awesome that it came with a knee pad. Definitely would recommend!

Excellent to use with anyone. You can adapt workouts for different levels doing dynamic movements using too with professional sportsman.

Incredible for workouts. Only need to use for 5-10 minutes a day to notice results.
