In the dual, can just one drawer be used, leaving the other empty.

Yes absolutely. You can use just one and leave the other one off or use both on different temperature settings and also set at different times but to Finish together

What is the length and width of the inside of one of the draws please?

24 cm long, 15 cm wide, curved corners. Just over 10 cm deep.

Can someone advise on a casserole dish that fits perfectly inside the air fryer (with divider out) can you tell me measurements. Thanks

Casserole dish 27cm x 21cm fits perfectly, I use it for crumbles, cooks on bake setting very well.

What cake tin I can use it

The Instant Vortex Plus Dual Basket Air Fryer has a 7.6L capacity and comes with two cooking baskets that can be used to cook a variety of foods, including cakes. When it comes to choosing a cake tin for this air fryer, it is recommended to use a metal or silicone cake pan that fits comfortably within the cooking basket. The cake pan should be compatible with air fryer temperatures of up to 400°F (204°C) and should not be too tall, as the cooking basket has a limited height. It is also important to note that the cooking time may need to be adjusted based on the size and type of cake pan used.
